Where is your store?

Machine Pasal is an online based service. Our corporate office is at Lazimpat Kathmandu. Our partner stores and warehouses are across Nepal in almost every major city in Nepal. Our Delivery is all over Nepal. There is also an option of collect from nearest store option given to customer at the time of order finalization. The Details of store for collection shall be shared to the customer after order finalization.

Do you have a store in Kathmandu?

What is the process of buying?

First you give us the details of the product that you want, then we will provide you options with technical specs and all other data along with price. Once you have decided the product which you like to buy, then we have an option of Video Verification, where you can verify the product online. Once verification is complete, the product is shipped to your location or nearest store for collection from store option.

Do you provide Delivery?

Free and fast delivery is the vision at Machine Pasal. Delivery throughout Nepal and added costs for remote area deliveries.

Do you charge for product delivery?

In most cases Machine Pasal provides free delivery to customer, but some costs are added for remote area Deliveries.

Warranty Repair and Maintenance

Machine Pasal provides 1 year service warranty for all products sold through machine pasal. The warranty is in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy. Free Video Assistance and On-Site Assistance at appropriate cost. The customer can bring / ship product to company affiliated workshops and service stations for free checkup and service.

What Happens after warranty period is over?

Customers can purchase Annual Maintenance Contracts for products after the expiration of warranty.

What if I receive the product in a damaged condition?

Machine Pasal has an open box delivery policy wherein every customer can check the product on receiving the delivery. If any damage or defect is noticed, then the customer can refuse the delivery and opt for full refund or alternate product.

Once the product is delivered and the customer accepts the delivery then the product can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect on the product as per the guidelines covered by the manufacturer company.

In Case the customer receives and product that is different than what they ordered, then again, they can refuse the delivery and OTP for full refund.
